This depends on how you book your journey, as standard our journeys do not include the Meet & Greet Service. This can be requested, at a cost of £5 extra.
If you have booked with the "Meet & Greet" service your driver will be waiting inside the arrivals hall holding a sign with the head passenger's name on it. The exact location that the driver will be waiting at will be provided after you have booked, in your "Journey Details and Pick Up Instructions" email, this location is usually outside a large shop or landmark inside the terminal building. Should you have any issues locating your driver you will also be provided with his/her phone number as well as our office number.
If you have not booked the "Meet & Greet" service you will have to call the driver who will explain where he is waiting for you. For these collections phone contact is vital, as such if you will be travelling without a working phone we insist booking with the "Meet & Greet" service.
In both cases we recommend printing the journey details email and taking it with you so as to ensure you have access to the pick-up instructions and your driver's contact details.
