Why do I have to enter a mobile / cell telephone number when booking?

We require a mobile / cell telephone number when booking, as well as an email address.

These details are only used if we have a query regarding your booking, such as we cannot locate you at the pick-up point or incorrect details were provided.

The details we request are the bare minimum we feel are required to successfully carry out journeys, as such if we are not provided with any contact details we may not be able to complete your booking.
